Altitude 970

I enjoyed living here. The apartments are architecturally pleasing with wide hallways, great views, and lots of light. The community is very well designed. The neighbors are nice. There is a nice pool, hot tub, BBQ, clubhouse, also well designed. My friends were always impressed when I brought them over. There is a nice bridge over a creek and wooded area which leads to a walkable shopping area with places to eat and coffee shops. Good school district. Great location. The property management team is professional and responsive. Jen and Tasha are especially standout property managers with a friendly professional attitude and excellent customer service. The management team was responsive and prompt when it came to maintenance. The only suggestions I have for improvement is the process for paying the last month's rent is needlessly confusing and a bit of a hassle. There were also two cars stolen in the year I was there, but these seem like isolated incidents, and the neighborhood itself and the surrounding is very safe, family oriented and upscale. I felt very safe there. Still, I think the apartment complex could be more vigilant about who they let come on the property. I see lots of friends of friends of friends using the pool and other facilities, and could consider beefing up security. Overall though, excellent experience. I would say Altitude is probably the best apartment complex in Kansas City.

I have truly enjoyed living here at Altitude 970. The convivence of the location is great. The community is always clean and well kept. It is very peaceful and inviting. The office and maintenance staff are quick to jump on any issues. The assistant manager Gaby is awesome, she is very helpful and bubbly! Definitely recommend if you are looking for a place to move.

I showed up this afternoon for a tour (unannounced) and Jennifer was very enthusiastic to show me around the property! She listened to all of my questions, concerns and genuinely cared about that I needed out of my next apartment. She gave me printed layouts of the units I am interested in, printed a mockup move in sheet, showed me around the property, and answered all of my questions eagerly! She was SO AMAZING!

I have rented out an appartme recently and its so nice and clean. Awesome thing is there are good restaurants and stores on walking distance. Chase and I do not remember her name, the leasing manager was so nice and helpful. Chase was a great help moving thing fast to get the deal closed. Business center and fitness center are good.

Absolutely love it here! Altitude 970 has been my first apartment and there’s nothing to complain about! The amenities, staff, and other residents are all amazing and have made this place truly feel like home! The apartment itself has more than enough area for me (one bedroom) and is built well with loads of space! Would 100% recommend!
